【摘要】叙事医学是一种崭新的医学引入模式。该模式把医师的人文情怀与临床专业技能相结合。医生具备医术医德,还要关注患者思想,注重医患之间的沟通。叙事医学就能增强这些能力。耳鼻咽喉可因其解剖的特点,患者一般感觉到主观症状很明显,叙事医学可以更好地与患者进行沟通。叙事医学引入临床教学是非常必要的,会更好的缓解医患紧张的环境,是学生更加适应日后的临床工作。

【Abstract】Narrative medicine is introducing a new medicine mode. The physician's humanistic feelings of this bined with clinical expertise. Doctors have medical ethics, but also focus on patients of ideas, pay attention to munication between doctor and patient. Narrative medicine can strengthen the ability. Otolaryngology is due to its anatomic characteristics of patients with general feel subjective symptoms obviously, narrative medicine can municate with the patient. Narrative medicine into the clinical teaching is very necessary, will alleviate doctor-patient tension environment better, is the student more adaptable to future clinical
work.

在我国,当前医疗纠纷频繁发生,医患关系紧张,时常发生恶性伤医事件,如何提高从医人员的医疗专业素养呼声不绝于耳,这些逐渐让我们意识到医疗是一种注重
