Abstract

Objective: To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treating
periarthritis of shoulder by ZhengGu loose solution manipulations. Methods: 60patients
diagnosed as periarthritis of shoulder were divided into two groups at random. Among
them, the test group(30) treated by “ZhengGu loose solution tuina manipulation;the
control group(30) treated by herbal the changes of their symptoms,
physical signs, the range of physic-curve of the shoulder. pared the total
effective rate between two groups: The total effective rate is % in the treatment
group, while % in the control group, the effective rate of the two groups has no
significant differences(P>). The test group improving the curative rate (%) is
better than the control group (%); compared to the effective of two group periarthritis
of shoulder. The two groups has significant differences(P<). The total effective of the
test group is better than the control group and at the aspects of improving the function of
shoulder and alleviating pain also has the statistical(P < ). Conclusion: ZhengGu loose
solution tuina manipulations for the treatment periarthritis of shoulder is a safety and
convenient and effective method and the effective in treatment group is much better than
that in contrast group internal Chinese drugs in improving the cure rate and alleviating pain
and improving the functional of the shoulder.
