This standard has adopted the international standard ISO 7141:1981(E) Passenger Car Wheel Impact Test Procedure
Subject Content and Scope
This standard has stipulated the lowest performance requirements and stand test methods to evaluate the shock of the road side rocks on the passenger car wheels.
This standard applies to all or partially light alloy wheel. For those steel wheels, this standard is also applicable.

4 Samples for Test
The tested wheels should be new wheels untested or unused.
5 Test Conditions
The shock applied positions, besides the radial places stipulated in of this standard, should include the places that are most likely to cause the malfunctions like breakage, deformation and leakage, etc. on the periphery of the wheels.
Test environment temperature is 10~38℃.
6 Test Equipments
The test equipment should be able to apply shock load on the rims of the wheels. For contact of the punch head dropping on the top of the rims perpendicularly, the wheels should be assembled with the angles of 13°±1°relative to the direction of the perpendicular dropping.
