作为元杂剧巅峰作品代表之一的王实甫《西厢记》(亦称《北西厢》,
以区别于《南西厢》版本),历来备受世人推崇,被明人誉为“天下夺魁”
之作,广为流传。其不仅以优美的曲辞、感人的故事影响了明清一代又
一代的文人创作,也被世人以清唱、舞台表演等方式演绎***,至今仍
在中国古典文学史上散发着其独有的魅力。
本文首先对王实甫《西厢记》在不同时代舞台演出本的分类、谱系
以及文本异同进行辨析,其次对明以来相关的演出形式和状况加以探讨,
如王本《西厢记》多种舞台演出形式的艺术属性、演变过程等,其间亦
对《南西厢》和《北西厢》之间的演变以及弦索、四大声腔等课题略有
涉猎。最后,对现代两种《北西厢》的演出情况进行了简要陈述。

Research on Playscript and Stage Performance of the
Story of the Western Wing by Wang Shifu
Abstract

As one of the greatest representative masterpieces of zaju of the Yuan
Dynasty, the Story of the Western Wing (also being called the Northern
Western Wing to distinguish it from the version of the Southern Western Wing)
by Wang Shifu has always been highly praised by people and widely spread
for being called a work “conquering the world” by people in Ming Dynasty. It
has not only influenced the creation of literati generation after generation in
Ming and Qing dynasties due to its beautiful tune and lyrics as well as
impressive stories, but also been performed and handed down by people by
ways of acappella singing and stage performance, etc., still emitting its unique
charm in Chinese classical literature history.
The paper first discriminates and analyzes the classification, pedigree
and text differences and similarities of performance scripts of the Story of the
Western Wing by Wang Shifu in various ages. Then it discusses relevant
forms and conditions of performance since Ming Dynasty, such as artistic
attribute, evolution process, etc. of multiple stage performance forms of
Wang’s the Story of the Western Wing. Meanwhile, it also slightly mentions
such subjects as the evolution between the Southern Western Wing and the
