...页眉....页脚中国国际航空公司航线网络结构优化研究 Research on Air China ’work Structure Optimization ...页眉....页脚摘要航空运输业的发展对航空公司航线网络质量的要求不断提高,各国航空公司都先后对自身航线网络结构进行了优化调整,以适应并促进航空运输市场的整体发展。面对航空市场的发展和国内外同行业的竞争,中国国际航空公司(以下简称“国航”)作为我国唯一的挂旗航空公司,其航线网络优化工作显得尤为重要和紧迫。本文在对国航国际、国内航线网络运营及枢纽建设情况进行定性、定量分析的基础上,对国航航线网络当前存在的优势与不足进行了总结,并指出目前国航航线网络结构优化的重点问题。随后本文对航空公司航线网络结构优化受到的内外环境影响因素,以及航线网络优化应遵循的原则进行了详细阐述。以优化原则为基础,本文提出了一种用于航线网络结构优化的两阶段法。第一阶段,利用层次分析法确定枢纽机场评价指标体系,并采用专家打分法对机场各项指标进行评分,将评分与各指标权重相结合得到各机场得分并进行排序,从而对枢纽机场进行选择。第二阶段,在枢纽机场确定的前提下, 运用线型规划模型对航线衔接方式进行优化。本文中提出的衔接方式优化模型主要用于解决航线网络优化中的复合分配问题(即UMAHLP ,Uncapacitated Multiple allocation hub location problem ),在前人研究基础上,对成本折扣率的计算进行了改进,使模型更符合实际客观情况。随后本文利用这一方法对国航部分航线进行了优化,其中衔接方式优化模型的求解运用了分枝定界法,并借助 ILOG 软件加以实现。航线网络结构优化的两阶段法较为充分地考虑了影响枢纽定位的各种可量化与不可量化因素,并在一定程度上简化了航线网络结构优化问题,希望能对航空公司航线网络结构优化工作起到一定的促进作用。[ 关键词]:航线网络结构优化枢纽机场层次分析法航线衔接方式...页眉....页脚 ABSTRACT Inorder tokeep pace with the rapid development ofaviation transportation , many major airlines began tooptimize work structures one after another . Air China, asthe only flag carrier inChina ,also faces with the rapid development and the petition inaviation industry. Sooptimizing work structure ismore important and urgent than ever before. Inorder tosolve Air China ’snetwork structure optimization problem, first weanaly zeAir China ’snetwork and hub airports operation efficiency ,then point out the keystones for work structure optimisation. Then weanaly zethe affections work optimization and summarize the optimization principles. According tothose principles, weintroduce anew optimization method indetail.
