专 业 材料ll try to select out the most ideal parting surface. Determine the casting position of the cast, draft the detailed suggestion of the casting process, and select the appropriate parameters of the casting process. Design the sand mold by the structural of reduction case and the consideration of its orientation, fixation. According to the structural characteristics, alloy species and technical requirements of the cast, design the gating system legitimately, select the gating system and design the structure measurement of the gating system. Draw the figure of casting process by designing the rising head, chilling block, the vent hold and the measurement of the casting process design. Use the Pro/ENGINEER software to draw three-dimensional part and process drawings so that the whole process can be more figurative. Through the casting process design of reduction case, analyzing advantages and disadvantages of each process, the designing process can be optimized. Therefore, casting quality and productivity are sure to be improved and increased.
