硕士论文摘要摘要本文研究并提出了铅锌精矿中铅的化学物相分析新方法。论文介绍了化学物相分析的原理、作用,回顾了化学物相分析研究进展, 简要概述了铅及其化合物的性质。综合考虑冶炼工艺对铅物相分析的要求,本文提出将铅锌矿中的铅物相分离分为可溶性铅氧化物相、硫化态铅相、铅不溶性氧化物相三类。基于这一分类,提出了一种新的铅锌精矿中铅的物相分析方法。用15%醋酸铵一3%醋酸溶液可将可溶性氧化态铅相完全溶解浸出, 三价铁能使硫化铅部分溶解,可采用加少量抗坏血酸还原剂消除;用10% 过氧化氢一5%醋酸一15%醋酸铵浸取上述残渣,可浸取溶解硫化态铅; 不溶性氧化物相留存在残渣中。浸取液与浸取渣中铅量采用原子吸收光谱法测定。本文对浸取可溶性氧化态铅相与硫化态铅相的醋酸、醋酸铵、抗坏血酸或双氧水等试剂用量,浸取时间,试样粒度的影响等浸取条件进行了试验优化,对浸取液与残渣的预处理与铅量的分析测定方法进行了研究,提高了测定结果准确度与精密度。本文还对物相分析原理、方法验证、试验误差等进行了一定研究。论文采用重复测定和标准加入法等对方法的精密度和准确性进行了考察,表明方法简单、准确。方法可应用于铅锌精矿与铅锌物料中铅的物相分析,对其它物相分析研究也有重要参考价值。关键词化学物相分析,铅锌精矿,氧化态铅相,硫化态铅相,原子吸收光谱法。堡主笙圣垒!竺竺!
