Attentions for SCM
Customer’s program launch scheduling could be available on time - - - Sales dept.
BOM document could be created, and ponent engineering change could be provided on time - - - Engineering dept.
Material supplier sourcing could pleted on time, and they all good understand our logistics requirement - - - Purchasing dept.
MRS could be available according to customer’s planning on time, - - - Material dept.
The standard logistics operation condition could be established - - - Logistics dept.
Conclusion: If no any problem in above fields, the perfect SCM could be expected.

Inventory Management
It is the first important to Supplier Chain Management, any little defect could cause the additional logistics cost.
Target of inventory accuracy = 100%
Therefore, Please ask own every morning:
Is the BOM correct, why, where?
Is the result of regular stock check positive, why, where?
Is customer’s order planning available, why, where?
Any notification on supply period changed by material suppliers, why, where?
Is the lead-time of standard logistics operation controllable, why, where?
Does the MRP run correctly, why, where?

Supply Chain Management Strategy
After action of “ make or buy” analysis, outsourcing to the 3PL partners these function on modity-like base, which were not strategic or critical pany;
Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, establishing the long term strategic partnership, downsizing the supplier quantity;
With the help of Global Buy Power, establishing the purchasing leverage system;
With the help of KPI measurement tools, following the continual improvement direction;
Keeping eyes on the information support, creating the valuable IT system to control whole process.
The goal is to reduce uncertainty and risk in the supply chain.
