Wang Yongmei Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2011-06 · Har b in 专业资料参考首选摘要离合器是汽车传动系的一个重要部件,其设计的成功与否决定着车辆的动力性、平顺性、经济性等多方面的设计要求。设计出结构简单、工作可靠、造价低廉的离合器, 能大大降低整车生产的总成本,推动汽车经济的发展。本文以 ZZ1141H5315W 型重型载货汽车为例,根据重型载货汽车离合器的设计要求和车辆动力传动系统自身的特点,通过参考多篇文献资料,以及国内外离合器设计手册,从经济性和实用性方面着手分析,对其做了详细的设计。该设计分别从离合器总体方案的选择、膜片弹簧的设计、从动盘总成的设计和离合器盖总成的计算设计着手,从而确定了离合器基本的结构类型并计算了各零部件的参数尺寸,经校核,符合结构设计要求。关键词:离合器;传动系; 重型载货汽车;总成;结构设计专业资料参考首选 ABSTRAC T Clutch auto transmission system, its design is an important part of the ess of the power, determines the vehicle smooth, economy, and other aspects of the design requirements.
