摘要
2008年9月以来,美国金融危机迅速演变成了全球性经济危机,并由虚拟经济向实体经济蔓延,受其影响,中国进出口贸易已呈下滑态势,经济出现了增速放缓的现象。面对世界经济的衰退,航运业显露萧条迹象,经历四年高速增长的中国港口集装箱运输受到重创,从2008年2月份的增速27%,%,随后出现负增长,%。直到2009年5月份,欧美日经济有止跌企稳的迹象,降幅才放缓到个位数。随着2009年下半年集装箱运输传统旺季到来,降幅逐渐收窄,9月份终于由负转正,结束了长达10个月的连续下跌。
为什么金融危机对中国港口集装箱吞吐量造成如此严重的影响呢?由于我国集装箱运输的发展一直以来“重外贸轻内贸”,使得内贸集装箱运输发展水平较我国外贸箱的发展水平存在明显差距。运输企业在观念上也多把内贸集装箱货物的运输作为零散业务。我国港口集装箱吞吐量的75%来自外贸货物,内贸集装箱运输潜在市场被忽视。外贸箱量兴衰决定着港口吞吐量的涨落。
在外贸继续萎缩的态势下,内贸集装箱运输的发展成为我国航运业发展的新动力。基于国家“保增长、扩内需”的发展思路,内贸集装箱运输尚有很大的发展空间。这对于内贸集装箱运输来说,依然是很好的发展机遇,目前,我国沿海内贸集装箱运输市场发展还不完善,存在着盲目性,但可以肯定地说我国沿海内贸集装箱运输有着良好的发展前景,但它要持续稳定健康的发展,就需要内贸集装箱运输市场上的各参与方详细了解市场的相关情况。
本文正是为了满足沿海内贸集装箱运输发展的需要而对其进行研究的,其意义具体表现在以下三个方面:
(1)对我国沿海内贸集装箱运输进行全面的、系统的论述和分析,为继续开展研究打下基础。
(2)根据过去若干年内贸集装箱吞吐量的数据,利用经济学方法建立数学模型,对2010—2015年期间的内贸箱生成量进行预测,这些数据对船公司有一定的参考价值。
(3)针对当前我国沿海内贸集装箱运输发展存在的问题,从内贸集装箱运输各参与方的角度给出了对策与建议。

ABSTRACT
Since September 2008, the financial crisis of America has quickly evolved into a global economic crisis and it has spread to the real economy from the virtual economy. Affected by the crisis, the international trade of China has shown a declining trend and the growth of the economy appeared slowdown. Faced with the recession of the world economy, the shipping industry showed the sign of depression. The container transportation of China lasted high growth of four years was severely blowed. The growth rate of the throughput of Chinese ports dropped to % in November 2008 from 27% in February 2008, followed by negative growth, to in February 2009 the drop fell to %. The economy of Europe and America showed the sign of stopping declining and the drop narrowed. With the advent of the traditional peak season of container transportation, the drop ended in September 2009.
