摘要
枳壳为芸香科植物枸橘、酸橙、香圆或玳玳花等将近成熟的果实。植物形态像“枸橘”、“枳实”、“香橼”、“玳玳花”条。而本次毕业设计是关于枳壳自动切割机的设计,是一种中药饮片枳壳加工机械。该机结构紧凑,设计简单,易操作,主要由机架,传动机构,压料机构,传送机构,切割机构组成。其特征是将从料斗进入切割槽的枳壳进行剖半处理,然后将剖半的枳壳通过输送槽输送到出料口阴干、风干或微火烘干。这样就能以工业生产规模将枳壳自鲜果经剖半直接加工成半球状,工作效率高,成品质量高而稳定,使手工制作枳壳饮片的状况得到根本改观。加工料7~8月采收时直径为5~6厘米,烘干后直径为3~5cm,形状为球形,~。这就对机械加工提供了数据要求:

在枳壳自动切割机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造枳壳自动切割机过程中存在着很多不足。本次枳壳自动切割机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。
