ForthepurposesofArticle18,thefollowingcategoriesindicatedinColumn3,theapplicabletermsandconditionssetoutinthenotesindicatedinColumn4andtheapplicableratesofcustomsdutyspecifiedinColumn5ineachParty’sSchedule,inSection2ofPart2andSection2ofPart3,shallapply: (a) Customsdutiesonoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“A”shallbeeliminatedasfromthedateofentryintoforceofthisAgreement; (b) Customsdutiesonoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“B”shallbeeliminatedinannualinstallmentsasprovidedforinColumn5ineachParty’sSchedule; (c) Customsdutiesonoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“P”shallbeasprovidedfor,whereapplicable,inthenoteindicatedinColumn4ineachParty’sScheduleandinColumn5ineachParty’sSchedule; (d) Customsdutiesonoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“Q”shallbeasprovidedforinthenoterelatingtotariffratequotaindicatedinColumn4ineachParty’sScheduleand,whereapplicable,inColumn5ineachParty’sSchedule; (e) Customsdutiesonoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“R”shallbesubjecttonegotiationsprovidedforinthenoteindicatedinColumn4ineachParty’sSchedule;and (f) Theoriginatinggoodsclassifiedunderthetariffitemsindicatedwith“X”mitmentofnegotiationreferredtoinsubparagraph(e)above.
