工资管理系统是典型的管理信息系统,采用计算机管理企业的工资发放是当前不可缺少的一种管理手段。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强,数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
本系统着眼于工资管理制度的业务实际,经过实际的需求分析,、ACCESS 2000做为数据库开发出来的系统。
本系统可管理职工基本信息的记录,进行修改,增加,查询,,增加,查询,,同时方便统计部分数据。
