跨国公司本土化战略及其对我国企业国际化经营的启示

摘要: 随着中国加入 WTO ,越来越多的跨国公司在中国落地生根,它们实施研发、采购、人力资
源、产品、销售渠道、促销等的本土化战略,全方位融入我国经济,
剧的国内竞争,我国企业纷纷走出国门,,
对我国企业的国际化进程,有很好的借鉴意义.

Local Strategies of MNE and Its Inspiration to
the International Operation of panies

Abstract : As China joins WTO , more and more multinational enterprises (MNE) get into China’ s market . They
carry out local strategies such as R& D , raw material stocking , man power management , distribution channel ,
and sales promotion , etc , which makes them in harmony with China’ s economy in all sides , and gets tremendous
benefits. Faced with increasing acute petition , China’ panies get into global market one after
another , and take good part in the petition. The ess ful experiences of the local operation of
MNE have a good inspiration to the international course of China’ panies.
