姜黄素对大鼠肺微血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

【摘要】目的:研究姜黄素对大鼠肺微血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法:实验分对照组和不同浓度姜黄素处理组。药物作用24小时后,MTT法测姜黄素对大鼠肺微血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用,流式细胞仪检测姜黄素作用后细胞周期变化。结果:姜黄素以浓度依赖的方式抑制肺微血管平滑肌细胞增殖;流式细胞仪分析显示,姜黄素处理过的细胞S期明显减少,主要停滞在G0/G1期。结论:姜黄素可以抑制大鼠肺微血管平滑肌细胞增殖,呈现浓度依赖性,其作用可能是通过阻滞细胞周期进程实现的。

Effect of curcumin on proliferation of rat pulmonary microvascular smooth muscle cells
【Abstract】Aim: To explore the effect of curcumin on proliferation of rat pulmonary microvascular smooth muscle cells. Methods: The inhibitory rate of rat pulmonary microvascular smooth cells in different concentrations of curcumin were measured by MTT assay. Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Result: The inhibitory effect of curcumin on rat pulmonary microvascular smooth cells was showed in a dose-dependent manner(P﹤). Cell cycle analysis showed reduced percentage of cells in S phase and G0/G1 phase arrest(P﹤).
Conclusion: Curcumin exerts inhibitory effect on proliferation of rat pulmonary microvascular smooth muscle cells in a dose-dependent manner possibly through induing cell cycle arrest.
