辽宁省产业结构变动对就业结构影响的实证的分析研究.pdf

摘要随着市场经济的发展,产业结构的不断调整,就业问题已经成为当前牵动全社会的重大的经济问题和社会问题。中国作为一个发展中国家,经济增长与经济结构变动密不可分,就业问题和产业结构调整紧密结合在一起。就业结构和产业结构的优化配置是经济结构合理的基础,是产出最大、效益最高的保障。就业结构的iliON转换和调整关系到经济的发展和现代化的实现。作为东北老工业基地典型代表的辽宁省,人口自然增长形成了大量新增劳动力:经济结构调整造成了大量下岗职工;城市资源枯竭,资源型企业萎缩, 产生了大量剩余劳动力;伴随着城市化进程的加快,农村剩余劳动力大量转移进城,就业压力与日俱增。因此,为了促进辽宁省经济的可持续发展,有必要从产业结构变动角度对辽宁省的就业问题进行研究。本文基于大量的统计资料, 利用实证分析、规范分析与对比分析相结合的方法,对辽宁省产业结构变动对就业结构的影响进行了系统的分析。首先运用回归分析法分析了经济发展与就业增长之间的关系,通过比较一般经济增长模型中劳动力与资本贡献和加入产业结构变动因素后劳动力和资本的贡献,总结了产业结构的变动对劳动力在经济发展中贡献的影响。其次运用多种评价方法,从定性和定量两方面考察了辽宁省产业结构变动对就业结构的影响,在此基础上,分析了辽宁省地区三次产业内部结构变动对就业结构的影响。最后从产业结构调整、完善相关配套机制等方面提出了一系列对策和建议。关键词:辽宁省;就业结构;产业结构;实证研究 Abstract With the development ofthe market economy and the industrial structure constantly adjusting,employment problem e amajor economic and social problem affecting the entire adeveloping country,China's economic growth isthepart oftheeconomic structureadjusting andany terms ofemployment links withstructure,especially the industrial reasonable industrial stnjcture ofemployment issecurity ofrationaleconomic structure thus thelargest and ,to achieve asmooth transformation andadjustment of industrial structure ofemployment relates tothe economic development and modemization.
