内容摘要
为了更好地了解酒店前厅部的业务知识，提高实践能力和服务意识，我在呼和浩特市喜来登酒店进行实****工作职位是前台接待。通过这五个多月的实****不仅掌握了酒店运营方式和前台操作系统，同时也发现了管理中的一些漏洞，以及需要改进的地方。结合自己在工作中出现的问题以及客人提出的建议，总结出了解决方法，并提出一些使部门发展更好的个人意见。实****期间，虽然遇到过问题、也犯了许多错误，但每一次的解决都是一次宝贵的经验和成长。在工作中发现，书本中的专业知识和实践的紧密结合尤为重要，特殊情况的处理方法也是一点一滴的经验积累。作为一名实****生，我不光掌握了专业服务技能，同时也学到了很多道理，也让自己得到了更好的锻炼和进步。

Abstract
In order to know the business knowledge about front desk better and improve the practice and awareness of service, I worked in Sheraton Hohhot as a receptionist. During the five-month practice, I mastered the operation of hotel and the operating system. Meanwhile, I found some shortage about management which needs to be improved. I figured out the solution and advice for the department by making the mistakes and adopting the suggestion from customers. Besides, I learned a lot of experience and grew up from problems and mistakes. I found that it is so important to integrate the knowledge and the practice from my working days. How to solve the special case is needs to be learned step by step. As a trainee，I have learned not only the professional skills of service ,but also many principles and more progress.
