摘要
因为高速公路养护工程施工的影响,导致作业区路段通行能力减小,工人、施工机械、路边施工护栏和来往的车辆又构成了一个复杂的交通环境,施工作业区就成为该路段的交通瓶颈和事故潜在的危险源。本文对养护工程中作业区的交通安全问题进行研究,进而提出一些行之有效的技术手段和管理措施,从而保障作业区交通的通畅,是对高速公路养护作业区安全研究的进一步完善。
介绍了高速公路养护作业区的定义和类型划分。根据高速公路养护对道路交通的影响和已养护高速公路的数据资料,对养护作业区人、车、路和交通流特性进行了系统分析,找出了高速公路养护作业区行车的危险性和安全隐患。
根据高速公路养护作业区的特性分析,对高速公路养护作业区中直线段和弯道处的警告区、过渡区、缓冲区、工作区以及终止区的合理长度进行分析和计算;随后研究了高速公路养护作业区安全设施特别是临时性安全设施的设置,分析了作业区安全设施设置的基本要求,提出了作业区交通标志、交通标线、临时隔离设施、夜间施工安全设施等设施的设置,并提出了高速公路养护作业区交通安全设施的设置效果评价分析的方法。接着,研究了高速公路养护作业区的交通管制方案。提出了作业区的交通量控制、车速控制的方法以及作业区的安全管理的方法,制定了异常天气、夜间施工、发生交通事故以及高峰时段的交通预案。关键词:高速公路养护;作业区;交通特性;安全设施;交通管制
Abstract
Because of the effect of highway maintenance engineering construction, the road traffic capacity decreases, workers, construction machinery, construction roadside traffic barrier and the traffic form plex traffic environment, construction areas has e the road traffic bottlenecks and accidents potential hazards. In this paper, the maintenance engineering of the assignments section studies the traffic safety, then puts forward some effective technical measures and management measures,to ensure smooth in traffic assignments section, is on the highway maintenance areas of further perfection of security research.
To introduce the definition and classification of highway maintenance to the highway maintenance influence on road traffic and highway maintenance data, working in the maintenance people, vehicles, roads and traffic flow characteristics conduct a systematic analysis, find out the dangers of driving in the highway maintenance areas and potential safety hazard.
According to the analysis of the characteristics
