temporal bone
Located at the two sides of the cranial bone
Part of the lateral wall and bottom of cranial bone
It consists a part of :middle cranial fossa,
Posterior cranial fossa.

Consists of five parts: squamous portion 、tympanic portion 、mastoid portion 、petrous portion 、styloid process

→contains two parts: auricle and the external auditory meatus

Triangular fossa
Antihelix
Concha
Tragus
Antitragus
Lobule
Features of the skin:

.exudation
.disfiguration
.easy to be froozing
Aural pseudocyst
external ear

Cartilagious portion(outer 1/3)
Bony portion(inner2/3)

pulling the pinna upwards、backwards and outwards

Contains four parts:
tympanic cavity
the pharyngotympanic tube
the tympanic antrum
the mastoid process
