摘要胰腺癌是我国常见肿瘤之一,5 年生存率不到 5% 。由于胰腺癌早期缺乏典型临床表现,待明确诊断时 90% 患者已出现
局部浸润及远处转移而无法行根治性切除。随着超声内镜 EUS 的出现,EUS 在胰腺癌的诊断和治疗方面起着重要的作用。本文
仅就 EUS 对胰腺癌的诊断和治疗进展作一综述。
