Changes of HPV DNA and TNFα levels in patients oradiotherapy
【Abstract】 AIM: To analyze the changing of HPV DNA in cervical secretions and serum TNFα level in patients oradiotherapy. METHODS: The level of HPV DNA oradiotherapy and 20 healthy en as the controls. RESULTS: The HPV infection rate before treatment(%) ent (20%) and in normal controls(10%). The negative conversion rate at the end of treatment TNFα before and after chemoradiotherapy [(±) and (±) pg/mL respectively]al controls[(±) pg/mL, P<]. Serum TNFα levels had no significant difference betent and posttreatment (P>), but a tendency of decreasing existed. CONCLUSION: The detection of HPV DNA in cervical secreations and serum TNFα might be useful reference indexes for diagnosis and judging prognosis or curative effect.

【摘要】目的: 观察中晚期宫颈癌患者同步放化疗治疗前、后宫颈分泌物HPV DNA及血清TNFα含量的变化趋势. 方法: 采用第二代杂交捕获技术(HC2)和双抗体夹心ABCELISA法检测30例中晚期宫颈癌患者(实验组)同步放化疗治疗前、后宫颈分泌物HPV DNA及血清TNFα的含量,并与20例健康妇女作对照(健康对照组). 结果: 实验组治疗前宫颈分泌物HPV %,显著高于健康对照组(10%);治疗后HPV DNA阳性率20%(P<),%(23/29). 实验组治疗前血清TNFα含量为(±)pg/mL,治疗后为(±)pg/mL,均显著高于健康对照组(±)pg/mL,P<. 实验组治疗后血清TNFα含量与治疗前比较无显著差异(P>),但有下降趋势. 结论: 检测子宫颈癌患者宫颈分泌物HPV DNA及血清TNFα的含量,可作为宫颈癌辅助诊断,判
