中西医治疗小儿过敏性紫癜现代进展

摘要:通过对过敏性紫癜的治疗方法的探索,总结当前对中医与西医对其病的治疗手段及发展程度,中西医
结合优势互补,积极发展新的治疗措施和方案,为过敏性紫癜患者的治疗提供更好的方案。

Modern Progress of Chinese and Western Mendicine to Anaphylactoid Purpura in Children

Abstract:Objective:To research the treatment of children anaphylactic purpura so as to relieve the
symptom and postpone the occurrence of renal :Summarize the modern progress of Chinese
and Western Medicines to anaphylactoid purpura in with the treatment of
traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine ,the clinical symptom was eased up earlier in the treatment
of integration of Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion:Integration of Chinese and Western medicine
provide more reasonable treatment method for patients.

紫癜是小儿常见的出血性疾病之一,以血液溢子;尿血加琥珀末、小蓟等,尿蛋白不消失加蝉蜕、
于皮肤、黏膜之下,出现瘀点瘀斑,压之不退色为其白术、薏苡仁。低热加银柴胡、地骨皮。(5)气不摄血:
临床特点,常伴鼻衄,齿衄,甚则呕血,便血,尿血。多为病程长,紫癜反复出现外,面色苍黄,神疲乏力,
本病亦称紫斑,属于中医学血证范畴,中医古籍中记食欲不振,头晕心慌,或内服激素患者,舌质淡。治
载的“葡萄疫”、“紫癜风”等,与本病有相似之处[1]。宜温肾健脾、益气摄血为主
