（一）水资源状况
1、水资源总量
，多集中在汛期（6～9月），%左右。广饶县水资源总量由当地地表水、地下水、内河客水及黄河客水四部分组成，总量31512万m3，其中地表水5998万m3，地下水10733万m3，重复计算量1019万m3，引黄5600万m3，内河客水10200万m3（其中：小清河8400万m3，支脉河1800万m3）。
2、水功能区划及水质状况
根据2011年地表水水质监测资料，对境内的小清河、支脉河、预备河、阳河、织女河和淄河水库的水质进行评价，结果表明地表水污染程度较重。枯水期6个水功能区中，只有淄河水库为Ⅲ类水质，符合水功能区标准，%；小清河、支脉河、预备河、阳河、织女河5个农业用水区均为劣Ⅴ类水质，达不到农业用水功能区要求。全县河流主要超标指标为氨氮、高锰酸盐指数、化学需氧量、五日生化需氧量。
（二）水资源开发利用现状
到2011年底，全县拥有机井量7800余眼，保有水库13座，河道拦河闸坝11座，泵站104座，设计总蓄水能力6000万m3。，%。2011年全县实际供水量25512万m3，其中地表水10669万m3，黄河水5592万m3，地下水8416万m3，其它水源835万m3，%、%、%、%。
2011年广饶县用水量25512万m3，其中城乡生活用水898万m3，农业用水18364万m3，工业4920万m3，城镇公共用水255万m3，生态用1075万m3，分别。%、%、%、%、%。
从全县供水量和用水量分析看，现状年供水量与用水量平衡，详见表2-1。
