关于印发《昆明市新建住宅项目供电
设施工程费标准》的通知
 昆明供电局（含县（市）区供电分局）、各县（市）区（含开发、度假区）发改局、各房地产开发公司：
为进一步加强我市新建住宅供电配套工程管理，促进住宅供电配套建设步伐，满足城乡用电统筹发展的需要，根据《昆明市新建住宅项目供电设施管理办法》（昆明市人民政府公告第69号），经市政府同意，制定昆明市新建住宅项目供电设施工程费标准。现将关问题通知如下：
一、昆明市新建住宅项目供电设施工程费收取范围
凡在昆明市行政区域范围内取得规划许可的新建住宅项目，包括商品房、保障性住房以及住宅区内配套建设的公共设施用房和经营性用房的供电设施建设管理和运行维护的工程，均应交纳供电设施工程费。
