为加强医院内涵建设，增强医务人员的业务素质，提高医疗质量和临床诊疗技术水平，经研究制定了《阜阳市第二人民医院医务人员三基培训与考核实施方案（试行）》，现印发给你们，请各科室、门诊结合各自实际情况，认真贯彻落实。

为进一步巩固医院三级甲等医院创建活动成果，加强医院内涵建设，增强医务人员的业务素质，提高医疗质量和服务水平，经院领导班子研究决定 2011年在全院医务人员中大力开展“三基三严”培训和考核活动，为保障活动严谨、务实、有序开展，特制定以下实施方案。
