上海国际网球赛事发展历程及面临的挑战

摘 要

上海国际网球赛事是我国改革开放与世界职业体育相结合的产
物，经过二十多年的曲折发展，赛事规模不断扩大，级别不断升高，
已成为我国著名的国际赛事之一。从喜力网球公开赛的产生，到大师
杯的成功申办，再到 ATP1000 网球大师赛的确立，上海国际网球赛事
走过了从无到有、从稚嫩到成熟的快速发展。
本文以上海喜力网球公开赛、上海大师杯、上海 ATP1000 网球大
师赛为主要研究对象，采用文献资料法、调查法（包括现场调查法、
访谈调查法、问卷调查法）、历史分析法等研究方法，对上海国际网
球赛事的发展历程进行分析，研究认为：上海国际网球赛事发展势态
良好，但也存在诸多问题，如：与国际上不少国家相比，上海国际网
球赛事的发展历程是短暂的，观众市场还不够成熟；在我国计划经济
的影响下，普遍存在转播市场的垄断、双规化管理、赛事服务质量不
高等问题。在此基础上，通过全面分析，针对上海国际网球赛事存在
的问题，初步提出以下对策：
1）构建合理的职业体育赛事电视商业转播市场的竞争机制；2）
加强政府宏观调控，充分发挥市场资源；3）吸取国外大赛成功经验，
强化管理团队；4）长期开展网球运动，扩大网球人口；5）政企结合，
健全服务运营体系。以上对策对上海国际网球赛事发展过程中存在问
题的解决具有针对性、适合性，对上海国际网球赛事的快速稳定发展
具有推动作用。

Shanghai International Tennis tournament is the product of the
combination of China's reforming and opening up to world and
professional sports, through twenty years’ complicated development and
the race have been expanding, the level have been rising, it has become
one of the famous international competitions. From Heineken Tennis
Opening to the Masters Cup's successful application, and to the
establishment of ATP1000 Open tournament, the Shanghai International
Tennis tournament is more and more mature.
