An intradermal injection is the administration of a medication between epidermis and dermis of the skin

1、进行药物过敏试验，以观察有无过敏反应。
To use for diagnostic skin tests and medication
allergy tests
2、预防接种。
To inject vaccines
3、局部麻醉的起始步骤。

【Assessment】
1、评估患者用餐情况，询问三史（用药史、过敏史、家族史）。
2、评估患者注射部位皮肤有无红肿、硬结、瘢痕等情况。
3、评估环境是否清洁、光线是否充足。

2、用物准备
Medication tray:
70% alcohol Sterile swab
1ml syringe 41/2Needle
Medication Kidney basin
MAR( medication administration record)
如为药物过敏试验，%盐酸肾上腺素。

查对
抽吸药液
查对、解释
定位、消毒（70%乙醇）
再次核对，排尽空气
左手绷紧皮肤
右手进针（针尖斜面向上、50角）
固定

拔针
再次查对
清理用物
20min观察局部反应
记录
wash hands ,wear mask
check
withdraw medication
Identify the client. Explain the procedure
Select appropriate site
Sterilize the skin with an alcohol swab
Check again, eject air in syringe thoroughly
Use the left hand to spread the skin taut
Insert the needle into the skin until the bevel inserts into the skin completely（at 5-degree angle ）
Firm the hub with thumb
Slowly inject the medication about for a small wheal to appear
Withdraw the needle quickly
Check again.
Wash hands
Observe response of the client.(20min)
Record the outcomes
