摘要：医患关系是医务人员与病人在医疗过程中产生的特定医治关系，是医 疗人际关系中的关键。由于各种原因，在当今社会，我国医患关系又发生了一些 新的变化，构建和谐医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。正确认识医患关 系的现状，挖掘其中的关键问题，从而建立新型的良性互动的医患关系，已成为 摆在人们尤其是医务工作者面前的重要课题。笔者力图从社会医患关系现状出 发，总结前人研究成果，分析制约和影响医患关系的关键因素，探索改善医患关 系的有效途径，为构造和谐医患关系提出可行性方案。

Abstract: The doctor-patient relationship is the specific heal relations between medical staff and patients in the process of medical cure, is a key in medical relationships. Today, Due to various reasons, some new changes have taken place in the doctor-patient relationship, thus build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of building a harmonious society. Correct understanding of the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship, mining the key problems, so as to establish a new type of positive interaction doctor-patient relationship, has become an important topic, especially the medical workers. The author tries to start from present situation of the doctor-patient relationship, summarizing predecessors* research results, analysis of the key factors that restrict and affect the doctor-patient relationship and explore the effective ways to improve the doctor-patient relationship, then puts forward the feasibility scheme to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
