摘要：目的探讨鼻内镜下“王”形鼻中隔成形术在老年慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻中隔高位 偏曲的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年8月至2014年7月我科收治的老年慢性鼻 窦炎伴鼻中隔高位偏曲病例123例患者的临床资料，进行回顾性分析。结果术 后随访3~12月，本组病例鼻中隔术后2例出现鼻中隔血肿，无鼻中隔穿孔及外 鼻下塌等并发症；慢性鼻窦炎病情完全控制99例，病情部分控制21例，病情未 控制3例，总有效率97. 60%。结论 鼻内镜下能一次性完成鼻中隔高位偏曲矫正 及鼻窦手术，由于其手术创伤小、并发症少、效果好，该术式是一次性治疗老年 伴鼻中隔高位偏曲的慢性鼻窦炎的理想方法。

The discussion about application of ”王” form septoplasty in elderly patients with
chronic sinusitis with high deviation of nasal septum
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the ”王” shape of septoplasty under endoscopic in elderly patients with chronic sinusitis with high deviation of nasal septum. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data review of elder patients with chronic sinusitis in 2008 August to 2014 July analysis in our department with high deviation of nasal septum in 123 cases of patients. Results In 3tol2 months postoperative follow-up, 99 cases of patients9 condition were full controlled ,21 were partial controlled,3 were uncontrolled. The total effectiveness is %.
