橡胶粉改性沥青及混合料路用性能的研究.pdf

浙江大学硕士学位论文摘要本文对橡胶粉改性沥青及其混合料的路用性能进行了室内研究及评价。希望这一问题的研究不但能够减轻环境污染,节约资源,而且还能够起到改善路面沥青材料性能的作用。本文主要研究的内容为:对橡胶粉改性沥青的特殊改性机理进行了分析;通过室内试验,制备不同掺量的橡胶粉改性沥青,分析橡胶粉掺量对沥青五大指标的影响;同时用类似的方法研究了聚乙烯对沥青的改性作用;通过三种不同的方法,即分形理论、数字图像处理技术和室内混合料路用性能试验对四种级配(级配A、B、C、D)进行优化;为评价橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能,选择最佳级配下的沥青混合料进行测试,其中包括基质沥青混合料、SBS混合料和橡胶沥青混合料,通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验和小梁弯曲疲劳试验,评价和分析了不同类型混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能; 介绍了橡胶沥青路面的质量控制要点,包括原材料的选择、混合料的拌制、运输、摊铺和碾压等过程。主要成果有:得出了橡胶粉掺量以及聚乙烯对沥青性能的影响规律;级配D 下的橡胶沥青混合料具有最好的路用性能;在最佳级配下,橡胶粉改性沥青混合料的综合路用性能比基质沥青混合料以及SBS混合料要好;基于分形理论、混合料的均匀性和室内试验对四种级配进行优化,得到的结论基本一致。关键词:橡胶粉改性沥青橡胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能试验研究浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The performance ofcrumb rubbermodified asphalt andmixtures are researched indoor and purpose is not only toreduce theenvironmental pollution and Saving resources,but also toimprove theperformance of thepaving materials.
