本文将以麦德龙（中国）现购自运有限责任公司为例，以对麦德龙原有配送模式为内容，结合企业物流配送战略规划、配送中心优化设计的相关理论以及业务流程再造等相关理论，对麦德龙现有的配送中心运作模式以及其物流配送环境进行全方面的分析，找出了其现有配送中心存在的一些问题，并针对信息不畅、采购集权、退换货繁琐、转仓操作效率低下等问题提出了一些建议。同时对其配送中心信息共享改进和采购、退换货流程再造，优化其配送中心业务流程，最终为麦德龙制定切实可行的、适应其发展的配送流程方案，从而提高企业竞争力。p1EanqFDPw
