UG顺序定距分型塑料件注射模具设计
摘要
随着现代工业发展的需要,塑料制品在工业、农业及日常生活等各个领域的应用越来越广泛,同时塑料件的形状越来越复杂。当前,随着科技的发展,产品的设计与生产已经普遍由2D向3D转变,由传统制造向先进制造转变。
本文主要对顺序定距分型注射模具结构进行设计,具体安排如下:第1章明确本次设计的目的与意义,简单介绍塑料模具和当前注射机的发展状况最后是本文主要内容;第2章首先应用UG对塑料件进行模型建模,然后对零件进行结构分析。接着基于以上步骤选择分型面,最后根据以上工作选择注射机并对注射机校核;第3章根据上一章的准备工作对模具的浇注系统进行设计,并明确设计原则与要求,分别对主流道、分流道、浇口、冷料穴进行设计;第4章首先介绍导向结构的作用,然后根据模具结构设计导柱、导套,接着设计脱模机构,分析侧向抽芯机构的特点以及如何避免干涉现象;第5章塑料件注射模具装配,应用UG中装配模块将以上工作中所设计的零部件按配对类型有序地组装到一起。
根据顺序定距分型注射模具结构的特点和塑料件的形状、结构,完成对塑料件注射模具的结构设计并且达到设计要求。
