GS020 汽车发动机底盖冲压模具的设计与制造
摘要
本论文对冲压模具的设计与制造和研究进行了在国内外发展现状以及在国内外模具
的发展趋势进行了详细的分析,也了解到了模具在工业中的具有的重要性,在工业领域中
占着不可取代的重要性,就 GS020 汽车发动机底盖冲压模具的设计与制造为研究对象,选
汽车模具为讨论课题进行研究分析及实践。通过模具产品料条分析及成型性分析,计算模
具冲压力及凸凹模尺寸计算,从而得到整套模具的框架。理论离不开实践,当模具结构确
定之后,对模具的每一块钢块进行材质分析和选择,对加工模具钢块进行工艺分析,对模
具的组立进行分析,对模具的调试进行检讨和分析。最终完成了模具的组立和调试,达到
了客户的要求,也满足了市场的需求,研究结果告诉我们,工业的发展离不开模具的生产
和制造,模具可以大批量生产且能精确的完成复杂的工业产品,且寿命较长,不宜损坏,
易维修。

GS020 Automobile Engine Bottom Cover Stamping Die Design and
Manufacture
ABSTRACT
To find the status quo at home and abroad in this paper, the stamping die and mould development trend both at home and abroad were analyzed, and understand the importance of mold in the industrial, hog the indispensable part in the field of industry, is GS020 automobile engine bottom cover stamping die design and manufacture as the research object, select auto mould for the discussion on the research analysis and practice. Article through mold material analysis and the formability analysis, mold burst pressure and intensive size calculation, so as to get a complete set of mould frame. Theory without practice, when the mould structure was determined, each piece of mould steel block material analysis and selection, process analysis was carried out on the processing die steel piece, assemblages of mould is analyzed, debugging a review and analysis of the mould. Finally completed the mould assembling and debugging, has reached the requirement of customers, meet the demand of the market, the results tell us that the development of industry depends on the mould manufacturing and production, the mold can be mass production and can complete the complex precision industrial products, and a long service life, should not be damaged, easy maintenance.
