[摘要]行星齿轮减速器是机械传动装置的重要零部件，以其结构简单紧凑，传动可靠平稳，可以实现大传动比等特点，在机械，建筑领域中得到广泛的应用。斜齿行星齿轮减速器是机床加工送料机构的重要传动部件，本课题探讨了斜齿行星减速器设计和加工问题，并对减速器的齿轮进行工艺分析，利用我校现有的机械加工设备完成了相关零部件的加工，后经系统装配验证，符合设计要求，达到设计目标。本文介绍了斜齿行星齿轮减速器总体设计和齿轮的工艺设计全过程。

Abstract：Planetary gear reducer is the important parts of mechanical transmission device, with its simple and compact structure, reliable drive smoothly, it can achieve a large transmission ratio. It is applied widely in machinery and building area. Planetary gear reducer is an important component in the mechanical system. This project involves reducer design and manufacturing problems. Now, the reducer is designed, the gears processes are analysed, and then the series of gears are manufactured.
