河南省体育强省建设指标体系的研究.pdf

摘要摘要北京奥运会结束后,胡***总书记指示:要进一步推动我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进。河南省作为文化资源大省,2006年lO月召开的中共河南省第八次代表大会明确提出了“加快文化资源大省向文化强省跨越’’的战略任务, 2012年2月,河南省体育局局长彭德胜在总结体育工作大会上指出:号召全省体育工作者全面学****贯彻党的十七届六中全会和省委九次党代会精神,向建设体育强省宏伟目标奋进。该文主要是在文化强省和河南省体育强省现实基础上, 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,从河南省体育强省的实际开展情况出发,结合社会评价理论,以及专家访谈的资料, 确立了初拟指标体系。之后运用层次分析法和专家调研法对指标进行筛选和改进,确立了竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、体育文化4个一级指标,20项二级指标的河南省体育强省指标体系。最后运用专家问卷调研法对各项指标进行权重确定。评价标准的制定是依据河南省体育局提供的相关材料和参考江苏、山东等省市的评估指标体系。最后对河南省体育强省评价指标体系进行研究, 提出了河南省体育强省指标体系的构建原则、构建步骤、分析了具体的指标含义、名称及指标体系的结构等。体育强省指标体系,作为体育强省战略的核心。在经历了多方的摸索与探讨之后,“体育强省"及其概念体系一直没有得到全面、系统的阐述。该文就体育强省的内涵界定为:竞技体育均衡发展、群众体育蓬勃开展、体育产业兴旺发达、体育文化独具魅力。由于体育强省指标体系是体育强省内涵的重要组成部分,在这种情况下,针对这一具有丰富含义的研究内容,我们只能根据现有的评价方法进行再思考,在正确地把握体育强省发展的科学内涵和原则的基础上,探寻体育强省的指标体系。关键词:体育强省体育强省内涵指标体系 Abstract Abstract After theBajing Olympic Games,general secretary Hujintao points out:we willfurtherpromote thetransitionofchinafrom thelarge one tothestrong one in 。ghth CPC congress of Henan in Oct. 2006made clearthestrategic task elerating thetransition from alarge one to astrong one intermsofculture,which isinfullswing ,the authorestablishestheevaluationindexsystem ofthestrong athleticprovince,on the basisofthereality aboutthestrongprovince interms ofcultureandsports ofHenan, Byusing themethod ofdocumentation,logical analysis, Expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,the author does a research on theevaluation indexsystem of thestrong athleticprovince,puts forward theprinciples andstepsabout thesystem,analyses themeaning and thename of specific indexes,the structureoftheindexsystem,and SOon,in theway bing thesocialevaluationtheory withtheactualprocess oftheconstruction.
