中小企业财务管理现实状况及分析
摘 要
多年来，中国经济取得了长足增加，中小企业在中国经济发展中饰演角色越来越关键。不过，伴随全球化推进，和世界分工深入加剧，各大跨国企业逐步进入中国各行各业，给中国带来经济增加同时，对于中国本土中小企业带来了巨大冲击。这些企业在过去经营和发展中存在着很多问题，这些问题在这种冲击下阻碍着中小企业良性发展。本文以宏达铝业企业为例，首先介绍了财务管理概念，中小企业财务管理问题；其次以案例分析形式分析了中小企业财务管理存在问题及原因，最终提出对应对策。

Abstract
In recent years， has been a rapid growth of economy in our country， the small and medium-sized enterprises is playing an increasingly important role in the economic development of our country. However， along with the advancement of globalization， and the division of labor， each big multinational companies gradually into all walks of life in our country， brings to our country economic growth at the same time， for local small and medium-sized enterprises in China has brought the huge impact. These enterprises in the past there are many problems in the management and development， these problems under the shock hinder the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on hongda aluminium company as an example， this paper first introduces the concept of financial management， small and medium-sized enterprise financial management status; Secondly analyses the problems existing in the enterprise financial management， and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.
