　 【摘要】 目的：調查某院Ⅰ类切口手术中抗菌药物预防性使用情况，旨在为临床抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考。方法：简单随机抽取法抽取某院2018年1月-2019年12月Ⅰ类切口手术病例资料1 200例，记录病例基本信息和抗菌药物使用情况，对本院Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物使用现状进行汇总分析。结果：2018-2019年共随机抽取某院1 200例Ⅰ类切口手术患者，%，%，平均年龄（±）岁。%（238/1 200）;Ⅰ%，其次为注射用阿莫西林钠******%%。此外，调查结果显示Ⅰ%，%，%（45/238）%（48/238）略低，但差异无统计学意义（P>）。结论：本院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用率虽符合国家基本规定，但仍存在用药时机不适宜以及用药疗程过长等问题，建议院方进一步加强Ⅰ类切口手术中抗菌药物预防性使用的监管力度，以促进围术期抗菌药物使用的规范化使用。
