摘要
加工贸易作为最主要的贸易方式,其转型升级对于推动山东省外贸出口增长方式转变和产业稳步升级意义重大。近几年来,山东省加工贸易发展势头良好。外资企业加工贸易出口增长较快,出口额显著提高。
但是,在新一轮的全球国际分工与产业转移的背景下,以及在山东省逐渐丧失劳动力成本优势,资源趋于短缺的情况下,针对山东省加工贸易中存在的一系列问题,山东省加工贸易转型升级势在必行。
本文通过分析山东省加工贸易的现状,对其存在的产业结构不合理、产业关联度弱、总体发展水平较低等一些不足之处,提出了一些优化产业结构、加大创新能力、完善企业配套设施等相应的对策建议

By analyzing the status of processing trade in Shandong Province, its existence is unreasonable industrial structure, industry weak correlation, the overall low level of development and some ings, made a number of optimizing the industrial structure, increase innovation, improve business matching facilities, and corresponding countermeasures
