论文题目: 农村信贷风险控制研究专业:工商管理硕士硕士生: 刘伟( 签名) 指导教师: 李永清( 签名) 摘要随着国家扶持“三农”政策的深入贯彻实施,我国农村地区经济发展水平不断提高, 银行业信贷支农力度持续加大。作为涉农贷款重要组成部分,农村贷款的规模也在逐年稳步增长,但受主客观因素的影响,农村金融创新仍普遍存在层次低、额度小、政策扶持缺位、难以满足“三农”发展需要等问题。本文围绕着如何化解农村信贷的风险,展开了对农村信贷风险控制的应用研究。在了解了国内外研究现状的基础上,回顾了农村信贷的发展历程,对农村信贷风险进行了界定和分类,从农业产业、农民行为、农村区域三个方面探讨了农村信贷风险的特征; 阐述了农村信用风险相关理论;分析了农村信贷风险的表现形式,从农村信贷风险控制的现状出发,探讨了农村信贷风险控制的难点与约束;提出了构建农村信贷风险评价指标体系的要求和农村信贷分析评价指标体系的总体思路;在农村信贷评价指标体系设计原则的基础上,构建了农村信贷风险评价指标体系,对指标进行了说明,并设计了农户信用评分模板;根据设计的评分模板进行了实证分析,表明该评分模板具有一定的适用性;根据我国的具体实际情况提出了农村信贷风险控制的相应对策及建议,为农村信贷可持续发展提供了保障。关键词:农村信贷;风险控制;指标体系;三农研究类型:应用研究 Subject : Study on Rural C redit R isk C ontrol Specialty : MBA Name :( Signature ) Instructor : Li Yongqing ( Signature ) ABSTRACT Along with the deepening implementation of the “ three dimensional rural ” policy with national support s, "three rural", the rural economy level is continuously developing, the banking credit support s and efforts for rural is increas ing .
