摘要
学生助学贷款申请审核工作是一项非常繁重而枯燥的劳动,其程序复杂,信息量庞大。而且随着我国教育改革的不断深入以及高校的不断扩招,高校中经济困难学生的人数逐年上升,使得助学贷款的申请和审核工作量日趋增大,传统的手工管理模式已经暴露出种种弊端:贷款合同人为错误多,难以统一调配和处理,效率极低,缺乏科学性以及合理性。因此将先进的计算机技术应用到国家助学贷款管理工作中,有助于提高工作效率,促进国家助学贷款管理工作的信息化,大大减少贷款管理人员的工作量,的工作量,提高工作效率,为贷款管理带来了极大的方便。
本毕业设计任务是完成助学贷款管理系统中申请和审核子系统的设计与实现。经过分析,和SQLSERVE2000软件为开发工具;通过对计算机硬件和软件解决方案的论证;对应用领域进行调查分析;参考各种资料和进行数据库编程实践。使得我们设计的系统能够实现基本信息管理、贷款申请、贷款审核、用户管理等功能。并阐述系统的结构设计和功能设计。助学贷款申请和审核子系统软件将会使学生申请国家助学贷款,学校助学贷款管理中心对学生申请的审批和其中的各种交互均通过系统实现,给助学贷款管理人员带来了极大的方便

ABSTRACT
The work of the student loan application and examine is a very heavy but lifeless labor, its plications, the amount of information is The number of the economic difficult student rises year by year in the high school with the continuously progress of the our country education reform and the high school expands to recruit continuously,it make the workload of the application and examine of the student loan toenlarge gradually, the traditional handicraft management mode has already exposed a various deficiencies: there is many artificial mistake of the loan contract, it is hard to unify dispensation and processing, the efficiency is very low, lacking science and rationalities. Therefore apply the advanced calculator technique to the national student loan management work, it's propitious to heightenwork efficiency, hasten the management work of national student loan information-based, reducing to loan management personnel's workload consumedly, the exaltation work efficiency, managed to bring the tremendous convenience for the loan.
