摘要:高校作为一个事业单位,教学、学术机构的共同体,除了教学与学术的事务以外,同样离不开日常的行政管理。特别是随着我国上世纪90年代出生的大学生人数的日益庞大,浓重时代和社会特色,现有的高校行政管理模式和学生管理方法已经不能满足需求,给90后的大学生管理提出了新的问题,高校的学生管理工作需要积极探索新的行政管理工作思路,以创新的思想促进新阶段高校行政管理工作的进展。

高等学校的日常行政管理,是高等学校为了实现学校教育工作的目标,依靠一定的机
