高频超声对甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值

【摘要】目的:探讨高频超声下甲状腺腺瘤的声像图特征以及超声对腺瘤的诊断价值,从而提高高频超声对甲状腺腺瘤的诊断准确性。方法:回顾性分析经手术后或细针抽吸活检后病理证实的117 例甲状腺腺瘤患者的超声声像图,并将声像图诊断结果与病理结果相对照。结果:117例中,超声诊断正确有105例;误诊12例。甲状腺腺瘤的主要超声表现特征为圆形或类圆形的低或等回声团,形态多规则,边缘清晰,内部回声较均匀或有囊性变,团块周围可见晕环,且团块周边有环状血流信号。结论:高频超声能为甲状腺腺瘤诊断和鉴别诊断提有价值的信息,从而加强超声大夫诊断的信心。
