What to Post: EEOC poster describing federal statutory provisions prohibit
discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national
origin, disability, and Vietnam Veteran status. If a significant
number of employees cannot read English, the applicable
provisions must be posted in the appropriate foreign
language. See the sample on the following page.
Where to Post: In prominent and accessible places where the poster may be
readily observed by employees, applicants for employment,
and union members, and where notices to employees,
applicants for employment, and members are customarily
posted.
