代理销售协议
Agency Agreement
本协议于2012年2月9日在巴基斯坦由有关双方在平等互利基础上达成,按双方同意的下列条件发展业务关系。
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the parties concerned on February 9th, 2012 in Lahore on the basis of equality and mutual benefit to develop business on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon as follows:

在本协议签定后,甲方认可乙方在条款4所指的指定代理区域内的独家代理的身份,
并给予其对条款3中提及的甲方的产品进行推广的权限。乙方接受甲方的委任。
Party A hereby appoints Party B as its Exclusive Agent in the authorized territory to solicit orders modity stipulate in Article 3 from customers in the territory stipulated in Article 4, and Party B accepts and assumes such appointment.

最低业务量 Minimum Turnover
乙方同意,在本协议有效期内从上述代理区域内的顾客处招揽的Wootel产品的订单数
量从协议签订期起前6个月不低于_______台/月,6个月之后每月订单数量不低于_______台/月,产品销售价格按照甲方指定售价不得低于甲方要求价格,否则甲方有权单方面取消本协议并对由此给甲方带来的损失要求乙方进行赔偿或者在其代理区域增加新的代理。
