摘要
电力生产过程有别于其他工业生产过程的一个重要特点,就是它的生产、输送、变换、分配、消费的几个环节是在同一个时间内同步瞬间完成。随着计算机技术、通信技术、信息技术惊人的发展,变电站综合自动化技术进一步优化,整个电网运行的安全性和经济效益得到大幅提升。这项技术将引起电力行业有关部门的重视,成为变电站设计核心技术之一。
本次220KV变电站的设计包括负荷统计计算,主变压器台数和容量的选择、主接线方案的确定、高压开关设备的选择;应用需要系数法对整个变电所的电力负荷进行重新统计计算,并考虑今后发展需要,最终确定主变压器的容量同时选择相应的电气设备。利用标幺值法对所选短路点进行短路计算,并校验电气设备的安全、可靠性。同时对220kV及60kV侧可装设的继电保护方案及防雷措施进行了综合论述。

Abstract
Electricity production process has an important feature that is different from others, whose production, Transmission, transformation, distribution and consumption are pleted at the same time. with alarming development puter technology, communications technology and information technology, substation automation technology optimizes further. The safety and economic benefits of the operation of power are substantial upgrade grids. This technology will give rise to the relevant departments of the power industry and e one of the core technologies substation designs.
The designation of 220 kV substations includes statistics calculated load, capacity and the number of Taiwan's main transformer, the determination of the main cable programme and high-voltage switch equipment selection. re-calculation of statistics of the entire substation load with law need to factor, and determine the capacity of the main transformer at the same time select the appropriate electrical equipment to consider the future needs. Uses of per-unit value of the selected short-circuit points short circuit, and check the safety and reliability of electrical equipment. At the same time, there is prehensive exposition of 220 kV and 60 kV side of the protection programme can be installed lightning protection measures.
