onsultant,(d)panysorConsultant’spremises(exceptasConsultantsDutiesrequire),and(e)atthetermination(forwhateverreason),pany,willbeleftwith,pany.(d),patentapplications,inventions,technologicalinnovations,tradenames,trademarks,servicemarks,copyrights,copyrightableworks,developments,discoveries,designs,processes,formulas,,ESQ,SeniorPartner,RubinandRudmanLLP(),.know-how,dataandanalysis,whetherregistrableornot(Developments),whichConsultant,panyunderthisAgreement,mayconceiveordevelop,shall:(i)panybyConsultantand(ii).(e)TheConsultantherebyassignsand,totheextentanysuchassignmentcannotbemadeatpresent,pany,withoutfurthercompensation,allofhis/herright,titleandinterestinandtoallConcepts,Ideas,,intheeventofsuchbreach,panyshallhave,inadditiontoanyandallremediesoflaw,therighttoaninjunction,specificperformanceorotherequitablerelieftopreventtheviolationorthreatenedviolationofConsultantsobligationshereunder.
